Upland Hills Health Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab patients participate in the 7th Annual Hearts of Gold Games

Eleven Cardiac Rehab patients and their significant others traveled to the Ho-Chunk Wellness Center in Baraboo Wisconsin for the 7th Annual Heart of Gold Games on April 6, 2006.  There were 104 participants from nine different Cardiac Rehab Centers throughout Southwest Wisconsin.
