Upland Hills Health has hired Lynn Hebgen to fill the role of Assistant Administrator of Nursing, Pharmacy and Social Services (Nurse Executive). Hebgen has been with Upland Hills Health in various roles since 1986, most recently serving as Interim Nurse Executive.

Hebgen began in the Medical and Surgery Department and moved to Obstetrics, where she began Department Director in 1993. In 2006, she was appointed as Interim Nurse Executive.

Through her years at Upland Hills Health, Lynn has received many awards. In 2003, she was awarded the Rural Wisconsin Health Cooperatives Excellence in Nursing Management Award. In 2006, her peers awarded her the Upland Hills Health Leadership Award for her work as Director of the Obstetrics Department.

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to serve as Nursing Executive. I intend to continue my pursuit of quality patient care with an emphasis on great patient experiences at Upland Hills Health. We have a top notch team of nurses, pharmacy and social service staff and will continue towards excellence in patient care and services,” Hebgen said.

Hebgen has also been a part of the Nursing Leadership Council at Upland Hills Health for many years. She plans to continue her education along with her new role.
