Are you the parent of a middle school or high school athlete looking to improve his or her performance in sports next school year? Consider the Sports Performance Clinic at Upland Hills Health.
Participants will work with licensed Athletic Trainers Brad Vamstad and Liz Johnson in the Therapy and Wellness Center to improve balance, agility, quickness and core strength, while concentrating on injury prevention.
“The clinic is a great way to really hone some specific skills that can give young athletes a boost in their chosen sport,” explained Brad Vamstad, LAT, “We work pretty closely individually with each student, and they really leave with measurable improvements.”
Sessions will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays in June & July, beginning June 14th, with breakout groups by gender and co-ed groups. There are only a few spots left, so call 930-7147 to sign up.
