If your spring or summer plans include running a 5K or 10K race, train with Upland Hills Health!  Join Licensed Athletic Trainer and experienced running coach Liz Johnson Tuesday and Thursday early mornings at 6:30 to be ready in time to run the 10K at the Nurses Community Fun Run on May 10 th—or if a 5K better fits your goals, join Becky Tank, Co-Manager of Upland Hills Cardiopulmonary Rehab program on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5.

The six-week training program starts on March 19th/20th.  Participants will train and run indoors and outdoors and will also have “homework runs” to round out training.  For more information or to sign up and get started in meeting your goals, call the Wellness Center at 930-7147.
