Upland Hills Health Shuttle Service puts patients first

Anticipating some confusion and frustration, Upland Hills Health has employed several measures to help patients and visitors navigate their way around the constructions zones and inevitable conveniences of the Building for Excellence project.

One of those measures is a parking lot shuttle service to take patients from their car to their destination with minimal inconvenience. 95% of the time the smiling face behind the shuttle van wheel belongs to Shawn Benson. Benson is a CNA that has taken on the challenge of greeting folks in the parking lots, escorting them to their destination and even valet parking their car if need be. “Anything I can do to make folks life a bit easier is in my job description.” states Benson, “It’s great helping people and answering questions about this exciting building project.”
