That American Heart Association states that a sudden cardiac arrest victim’s chances of survival fall 7 percent to 10 percent for every minute that bystander CPR is not provided, until defibrillation.
Upland Hills Health is holding an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED class on Tuesday, October 18th. This course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages, use of an automated external defibrillator and relief of choking.
This evening opportunity will be held from 6 pm to 9 pm in the Education Room at Upland Hills Health. The cost is $40 per person, including text.
