It’s one of the most common questions our patient financial services experts get. And most people are surprised to learn that Upland Hills Health works with a wide range of health plan and PPOs. Since we are an independent, non-profit healthcare organization we are constantly pursuing new opportunities to work with insurance carriers that service our communities.

Here is a list of our current contracted healthcare & PPO plans. Remember insurance companies have multiple plans. To ensure the most accurate information contact your insurance company. (Most insurance companies have a toll free 800 number listed on the back of the insurance cards they provide for customers.)

Based on the State of Wisconsin Medicaid Contracts with Unity and Physician’s Plus Medicaid, services provided in Iowa County, including services provided by Upland Hills Health, are not covered.
