for community members of all ages and abilities. The
classes and services listed here are just the start
of a growing wellness portfolio.
Most opportunities are available to all—regardless
of whether you are a wellness center member or not.
If there are classes you would like to see offered,

and instructors weekly and may just have what you are

Natal Yoga
Designed for expectant and new moms. This relaxing
study allows helps alleviate discomfort and ease
your body back into a more fit and flexible state.

NEW! "Don’t
Weight to Feel Great" Weight Loss Class
Extensive nutrition and exercise program taught
by Registered Dietician and Exercise Specialist.
Class alternates nutrition and exercise topics. Includes
dinner, individual metabolism calculations, customized
exercise regimen for each participant. Nutritious
dinner served at each class. Access to wellness center
during class and chance to win $50 towards membership.

Senior Strength Building
Taught by Joan M Pape, a Certified Fitness Specialist
for Older Adults (ISSA), this class is ideal for folks
feeling tired and achy with aging joints and arthritis.
Aging bodies have special needs. But, growing older
doesn’t mean you have to become weak and frail.
This unique class explores the proper methods for warming
up and building strength. Techniques to enhance balance
and agility. Alleviate pain and increase the ease of
accomplishing daily tasks. Wear non-binding comfortable
clothing.

Intro to Yoga
Increase your core strength and flexibility with this
ancient art of exercise. Precise body alignment and
controlled movement and breathing improve posture and
flexibility. Tone and strengthen by holding physical
postures. Wear relaxed apparel and bring yoga mat if
you have one. Instructor Paul Mross (lunch hour class)
or Amy Hofkes (evening class) will guide you to the
joys and benefits of yoga

Circuit Training

the-art work out equipment. You’ll improve your
muscular endurance and strength—safely. Never

outs of circuit training so you get real results.

Massage Therapy Services
Certified Massage Practitioner offers a range of massage
therapies and techniques. Stress relieving, relaxation
and therapeutic massages based on a range of methods.
From deep tissue and Swedish massage to eastern “tui
na” systems, the practitioner designs a customized
treatment to offer the best healing experience.
The soothing environment of our massage suite will
feel like a mini spa getaway.
During their hospital stay, in patients and OB patients
can purchase massages to be done right in the privacy
of their room.
You do NOT need to be a member to take advantage of
our massage services.
Massages make an excellent gift. Gift certificates
available by calling 930-7147.
$25 for ½ hour massage
