Honoring Service Members: Past and Present
The Upland Hills Health Auxiliary invites you to honor U.S. service members who have and continue to serve our Country. The Auxiliary is planning a patriotic display both inside and outside Upland Hills Health from Memorial Day through Flag Day.
You have two options to honor service members.
1. Inside the hospital at the Main Entrance a display will include a 5.5” x 8.5” card with the service member’s name, branch of service, and purchaser name. This card recognition cost is $2.00 per card. See the order form for the format of the recognition.
2. Outside the front of the hospital a display will include a fabric flag for each service member honored along with solar lights. The service member’s name will be attached to the flag stick. The service member will also be included with a card on the inside display. The cost for the fabric flag and inside recognition is $5.00.
The display honoring our service members will be up from May 24- June 14. All orders are DUE MAY 6.
