Learn about STRONGBODIES -- a 12-week program strength program for people over 50, running twice a week, May through July 2019 -- this program will help you:

IMPROVE STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY  | IMPROVE BONE DENSITY  |  REDUCE FALLS.

This meeting is MANDATORY if you plan to enroll in the StrongBodies program.
