Grief Support Series

TRANSFORMING YOUR GRIEF
FINDING HOPE AND STRENGTH

Facilitated by Shannon Radel, Bereavement Social Worker
Upland Hills Health Hospice

This Grief Support Series is a FREE, confidential place to talk with other people who know how it feels to lose a loved one. You do not need to attend all sessions -- drop ins are welcome!

Why should you attend a grief support group?
Grief is a natural response to the death of someone you love. It is a process that may be very different for each of us. Many people worry about grieving the 'right way' and if the feelings they have are 'normal.' There is no right way to grieve, and we encourage you to accept your feeling as natural. To successfully move through grief, you need to take an active role in your own healing process.
Please join us, you are welcome here.
