Hospice Annual Remembrance Day

Hospice Annual Remembrance Day

  •  November 11, 2021
     7:00 am - 11:00 pm
The day of remembrance is dedicated to the memory of any person who passed away during this past year, including, but not limited to our Hospice patients.

Starting on Nov 11, please join us to view the video presentation of Remembrance Day. The video will be posted on our Facebook page and YouTube channel at 7:30 a.m.
https://www.facebook.com/UplandHillsHealthHospital

During UHH Hospice’s annual Remembrance service several staff members will take the time to read the names of Hospice patients who passed over this last year whom their families wanted to memorialize. We will honor their memory with beautiful music, a message from the Hospice Director, Michelle Esser, lit candles and a brief message of hope from Pastor Jim Droste of the Dodgeville United Methodist Church and Grace United Methodist Church in Ridgeway.

We hope you will take time to join us in watching the Remembrance Day video to memorialize and celebrate the lives of those lost and missed so much.
