The mission of Upland Hills Health Therapy and Wellness Center is to offer affordable wellness programming for community members of all ages and abilities.

Dodgeville Fitness Center is open with special guidelines. Patients in physical therapy appointments share the Wellness Center space. To keep everyone as healthy as possible, only fully vaccinated members may use the center during daytime hours (6 am – 5:30 pm). All members may use the Wellness Center from 5:30 pm – 9 pm). Saturday – Sunday, open to all members 6 am – 9 pm. Masks and staying 6 feet apart is required. Call 608.930.7147 for details.

UHH Mineral Point Fitness Center will close at 9 p.m. December 31, 2021. Tentatively, the center will reopen February 1, 2022. Due to increasing flu and COVID-19 cases, Upland Hills Health is closing the center to keep members, our community and our staff as healthy as possible during this pandemic. Members may use the Wellness Center in Dodgeville or put a freeze on their membership during the closure. Call ahead for information on hours the Wellness Center in Dodgeville is open to members. Post-therapy memberships are available to individuals within 30 days of their discharge from physical therapy, at a cost of $20 per month for 2 months. Guest passes are available for $10 per visit. 1 guest per visit – guest must be over 18, must be accompanied by a member.

Sessions start the first week of every month. Class sizes are limited and pre-registration is requested–classes with low participation may be canceled. Classes are available at the Dodgeville location. Senior Arthritis Strengthening Video

SENIOR ARTHRITIS STRENGTHENING–in this class, we integrate exercises that enhance strength, balance, relieve chronic pain, and promote overall wellness. Classes are tailored to suit individual needs so that each participant can work at whatever level they are able.

Tuesday and Thursday – 9:00 am to 10:00 am

Mix It Up– A moderate intensity workout using exercise balls, hand weights, and body weight exercises. This class incorporates balance, as well and Pilates and Yoga principles to strengthen your body and to improve your flexibility. Please call for availability as spots are limited.

STRENGTH, STRETCH & FLOW– A low-impact workout designed to improve balance, strength and flexibility by using elements of Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

TONE IT UP – This class incorporates full body toning with strength training. You will be using weights to produce stronger bones and muscles and increase your metabolism to help maintain a healthy body weight. This class is for everyone, whether you are a beginner or you want to switch up your workout!

If an hour of relaxation and pampering is what you need, or if a therapeutic massage to help with kinks and aches is more appropriate, our therapist will design customized treatments to offer the best healing experience for you.

$40 for 30-minute massage; $60 for 60-minute massage

If you’re looking for a one on one approach to help you meet your wellness goals, you may be interested in personal training. As a member of the Wellness Center you can schedule an appointment to meet with our certified personal trainers to design a plan based on your specific needs to help you meet your fitness goals.
