Barneveld Clinic Opens Under New Management

New UHH Barneveld Clinic Now Open

The Upland Hills Health Family Medicine Clinic in Barneveld opened Tuesday, November 6. It is the most recent addition to the Upland Hills Health family of clinics. The clinic is located at 103 Quail Ridge Drive in Barneveld. Family medicine physician, Dr. Jodi McGraw and Nurse Practitioner, Misty Nemitz, APNP are welcoming patients. Physical therapy services are being provided at this location by Physical Therapist, Gregg Amick.

Appointments may be made by calling 608.924.1088. The clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm.

An open house will be scheduled after the first of the year, giving the community an opportunity to meet providers and become familiar with this new clinic location.
