Upland Hills Health is releasing its holiday schedule for area clinics for the month of December. See below for shortened hours and closures throughout the next few weeks, so UHH staff can spend time with their family. The Upland Hills Health Hospital in Dodgeville will remain open every day. Week of Christmas
Dec. 23: Spring Green clinic will be closed. All other family practice and specialty clinics are open.
Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve): Barneveld Clinic will be closed. All other family practice and specialty clinics are open until Noon. DME is open until Noon.
Dec. 25 (Christmas Day): All clinics will be closed. DME will be closed.
Dec. 26: Highland Clinic will be closed. All other family practice and specialty clinics are open.
Dec. 27: Barneveld & Montfort Clinics will be closed, and Highland will be open in the morning only. All other family practice and specialty clinics are open.
Week of New Year’s Day
Dec. 30: Montfort Clinic will be closed. All other family practice and specialty clinics are open.
Dec. 31: Montfort and Spring Clinics will be closed. DME will be open until Noon. All other family practice and specialty clinics are open until 3:00 pm.
Jan. 1 (New Year’s Day): All clinics will be closed. DME will be closed.
Jan. 2: Highland Clinic will be closed. All other family practice and specialty clinics are open.
Jan. 3: Highland Clinic will be closed. All other family practice and specialty clinics are open.
