Upland Hills Health was formed with the merger of two Dodgeville hospitals: St. Joseph’s Hospital and Dodgeville Hospital. In 1974, the merger created Memorial Hospital of Iowa County, Inc.—a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Then in 2001, the corporate identity changed to Upland Hills Health to reflect a growing service area and expanded capabilities.
Upland Hills Health actively collaborated with the Community Connections Free Clinic, Southwest CAP, Inc., The Iowa County Health Department, and the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin to prepare this health needs assessment and implementation plan report.
