Promoting healing and recovery through social interaction and engagement is one of Upland Hills Health’s (UHH) goals for all patients, but specifically those that have extended stays at the hospital. With funding received from the Dodgeville Kiwanis Club, two outdoor benches are now located near the Main Entrance of the hospital. These benches offer patients and visitors a calming place to visit and enjoy the outdoors. The outdoor seating area will allow UHH to enhance its swing bed activity program by providing patients and visitors a calming place to gather.
