Our 44-bed skilled nursing facility provides a warm, comfortable and friendly environment for those who need short or long-term rehabilitation and nursing care. We attached to Upland Hills Health Hospital which ensures that medical specialists are just steps away, if needed.

Each household has its own living room, dining area, small private den, parlor and porch. A beautifully landscaped courtyard is visible and accessible from the main household areas. Rehabilitative Care

The rehab household is available for those who have recently had surgery or incurred another incident that requires high-quality rehabilitation services. By choosing the Nursing & Rehab Center for these services, you will become a short-term resident with the ability to receive occupational, speech and physical therapy on-site. All of our treatment plans are customized to meet the individual needs of each resident. We have a dedicated team of nurses, therapists, dietitians and specialists committed to helping our residents recover and return home.

Long-term Skilled Nursing

The residential households are for those who need long-term nursing care. Long-term residents have round-the-clock access to nurses and other medical professionals at the center and can quickly access specialty and emergency staff at Upland Hills Health.
