Acupuncture is a well-known Eastern medicine technique that uses fine needles, inserted in key areas of the skin to relieve pain. The practice can be complementary to traditional medicine and is popular for relieving headaches, sciatic pain, and tingling in extremities.

Massage is known to alleviate pain, improve blood circulation, and reduce stress. Our massage therapist offers several massage modalities to find the right fit for everyone.
