The Nursing and Rehab Center provides both short-term rehabilitation services and long-term care to residents. All residents have the ability to receive physical, occupational, and speech therapy on-site. We provide round-the-clock access to nurses and other medical professionals. Activities are provided by our creative activity department and enjoyed by residents. Each household includes its own living room, dining area, private den, parlor, and porch—designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a sense of familiarity. A beautifully landscaped courtyard is easily visible and accessible from the main household areas, providing a peaceful space to relax.

Rehabilitative Care
The rehab household is available for those who have recently had surgery or incurred another incident that requires high-quality rehabilitation services. By choosing the Nursing & Rehab Center for these services, you will become a short-term resident with the ability to receive occupational, speech and physical therapy on-site. All of our treatment plans are customized to meet the individual needs of each resident. We have a dedicated team of nurses, therapists, dietitians and specialists committed to helping our residents recover and return home.
Long-term Skilled Nursing
The residential households are for those who need long-term nursing care. Long-term residents have round-the-clock access to nurses and other medical professionals at the center and can quickly access specialty and emergency staff at Upland Hills Health. Whether you are a short- or long-term resident, all the Nursing & Rehab Center’s private and semi-private rooms include the following:
