Upland Hills Health Holiday and New Year Schedule for Clinics

Upland Hills Health is releasing its holiday schedule for area clinics for the months of December & January. See below for shortened hours and closures throughout the next few weeks, so UHH staff can spend time with their family. The Upland Hills Health Hospital Emergency Room and Urgent Care in Dodgeville will remain open every day. Happy holidays!

 

Week of New Year’s Day

Dec. 29: Highland Clinic will be closed. All other family practice clinics will be open.

Dec. 30: Montfort Clinic will be closed. All other family practice clinics will be open.

Dec. 31: Spring Clinics will be closed. Mount Horeb Urgent Care will be closed. Therapy Department outpatient Locations closing at noon. DME will be open until Noon. All other family practice clinics are open until 3:00 pm.

Jan. 1 (New Year’s Day): All clinics will be closed. DME will be closed. Mount Horeb Urgent Care will be closed. Therapy Department Closed. 

Jan. 2: Highland Clinic and Spring Green Clinics will be closed. All other family practice clinics will be open.

Jan 8: Montfort Clinic will be closed.
