Upland Hills Health Announces Hiring of Vice President of Clinic Operations

Tiffany began her career as a Registered Nurse and has worked across a wide range of clinical settings, including Obstetrics, Medical/Surgical, House Supervision, and Float Nursing. Her Operational experience spans Fast Care, Primary Care, Urgent Care, and Specialty Care clinics, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of clinic workflows and patient-centered care delivery.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has served patients and teams in healthcare facilities located in Freeport, Illinois; Monroe, Wisconsin; and Madison, Wisconsin. Most recently, she served as Clinical Operations Director for Group Health Cooperative of South-Central Wisconsin. She has also held leadership roles at Monroe Clinic, where she contributed to operational growth and quality initiatives.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Her extensive clinical background, combined with her proven leadership experience, positions her well to support Upland Hills Health’s mission and continued growth.
