The Upland Hills Health Foundation is pleased to welcome Frank Hallada to the Foundation Board of Directors.

Frank’s commitment to Upland Hills Health began more than two decades ago when he served as Co-Chair of the hospital’s 2000 capital campaign. Since that time, he has witnessed the tremendous growth and transformation of Upland Hills Health and remains passionate about supporting its future.

“Watching the changes and growth of the hospital since that campaign has been amazing,” Frank shared. “Upland Hills Health is a critical part of our community, and I want to see it continue to grow and prosper.”

Frank is the owner of Hallada Motors in Dodgeville, where he has built upon a legacy of service and community involvement. Growing up around the dealership, Frank learned the business from a young age, working in various roles throughout high school and college. After earning a Business Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1986, he joined the dealership full-time as a salesperson and quickly advanced into sales management. At just 22 years old, Frank was approved as the dealership’s successor and began preparing to lead the business. By the age of 30, he purchased Hallada Motors from his father and has since continued to grow the dealership into a trusted and respected business within the community.

Frank and his wife, Connie, reside in Dodgeville and are dedicated supporters of both the community and Upland Hills Health. Through their generosity, leadership, and commitment to local healthcare, they have helped strengthen the quality of life for the residents of southwest Wisconsin.

“Frank is a true advocate for Upland Hills Health, and we are incredibly fortunate to have him join the Foundation Board,” said Angela Turpin, Foundation Director. “His leadership, business experience, community relationships, and passion for our mission will be tremendous assets as we continue to grow the Foundation and support the future of healthcare in our region.”

Please join us in welcoming Frank to the Upland Hills Health Foundation Board. We are grateful for his willingness to serve and look forward to the lasting impact his leadership will have on our patients, staff, and community for years to come.
