Upland Hills Health has received a five-star award for hospital cleanliness from Becker’s Hospital Review. This is the fourth consecutive year Upland Hills Health has received this award.
Becker’s compiled the list of hospitals from across the United States using patient survey data collected by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The recognition as one of the nation’s cleanest hospitals is given to those that scored a five-star rating.
CMS’ Patient survey (HCAHPS)-Hospital database listed hospital ratings based on the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems surveys. This is a national, standardized survey of hospital patients about their experience during a recent inpatient hospital stay. The surveys were completed between Oct. 1, 2024, and Sept. 30, 2025. The data was updated Aug. 13.
“This achievement reflects the care, dedication and pride our team brings to work every day. Most importantly, it represents our commitment to creating a safe, welcoming environment where every patient and family feels cared for,” said Trisha Adams, EVS Supervisor and Trained Certified Environmental Health Care Technician at Upland Hills Health.
The Upland Hills Health mission is to be a community-minded healthcare system providing innovative, individualized and compassionate care for every stage of life. This is achieved through a vision to exemplify the highest standard of community healthcare and inspire patients to take an active role in their health through wellness-oriented care.
