Upland Hills Health Caring Crafters Donate Beautiful Passage Quilt

The dedicated group of Upland Hills Health volunteers known as Caring Crafters recently presented the gift of a handmade passage quilt to the Med/Surg Acute Care Department at Upland Hills Health. The quilt, crafted with love and attention to detail, serves as an addition to the hospital’s healing environment.

The inspiration for the quilt’s design came from the vibrant colors of the stained-glass window in the chapel at Upland Hills Health. Each individual quilt block was carefully constructed by members of the Caring Crafters group. The quilt itself is showcased inside the chapel.

The Upland Hills Health Caring Crafters meet regularly on the last Thursday of each month at Grace Lutheran Church in Dodgeville. If you are interested in joining the group and contributing to its meaningful projects, please contact Dee McConnell at 608-930-7113.

Upland Hills Health is committed to providing innovative, individualized, and compassionate care for every stage of life. The hospital appreciates the support of its volunteers, including the Caring Crafters, and their contributions to its core values and mission. The donation of the passage quilt is a testament to the group’s dedication and the positive impact they have on the lives of those they serve.
